HTC planning to release dual boot

Microsoft approached Taiwan based Smart phone and Tablet manufacturer HTC for releasing Windows Phone OS as dual boot with HTC's Android releases.

HTC which posted its first ever quarterly loss $101 million is struggling to compete with its counterparts Apple and Samsung .

Microsoft which has 3.5% Smartphone market is expecting to increase its share by releasing Windows Phone as a flavor with Android. Microsoft hopes it will definitely works since all users will love to enjoy two different versions of OS with single handset.

But the big complaint over users about smartphones are their minimum storage. So HTC has to ensure there is big storage capacity to attract users.

HTC is indeed looking for the manufacturing cost of handset with dual boot option.

Lets see whats gonna happen in coming days

I just want to see your thoughts with Microsoft's idea to release dual boot.
